What's colder than cold? CCE investigator Loren Williams and graduate student Kathryn Lanier. They participated in Morningside Elementary School's Family Science Night on February 2 and 4, which reached hundreds of students and parents with hands-on science. Their presentation "Cold, really cold, and colder than that," showed the thermodynamic effects of exposure to cold systems, like liquid nitrogen and dry ice baths.
